New News, and a Relaxing Weekend

So, this last weekend Beverly and I went to Pinetop, to relax. It was quite nice. Beverly was hoping for snow, and we did see some falling as wel drove in, but it didn't stick, and it didn't snow after that. Oh well. It was a pretty uneventful weekend, and that was nice. We watched some TV, went for a few walks in strong winds, and played Settlers of Catan a few times. For those of you who don't know the game, it is a blast even with two people.

The big news came on Monday when we got back into town. We met my long time friend Aaron and his girlfriend Kylee (whom he met in Australia) for dinner. Once there we found out that Aaron had proposed, and they are getting married this May. And the fun news is that they are getting married in Australia. So, yes, now Beverly and I have to make the all important decision of whether to go to Australia for the wedding. We were planning to go to Germany in Decmeber as a graduation present for Beverly, but this may take its place this year (I know, I know, we have to decide between going to Germany or Australia, life is SO hard). I am really excited for them, and she seems like a very nice woman.
